Deputies with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office were responding to an unrelated call in Fort Myers when two suspects attempted to pry open a marked patrol vehicle.

While conducting their investigation, a deputy left his marked agency vehicle in the parking lot of Club Maguey. The vehicle was locked and had its patrol lights activated.

You’d think the flashing lights and agency insignia would deter any criminal, but these bold and brainless burglars attempted the break-in anyway.

While in the act, witnesses spotted the crooks and alerted deputies. They immediately began searching for the two suspects. It wasn’t long until Deputies located and identified the suspects as Brallan Misael Medina Lopez and Enrique Morales Ordonez.

Deputies arrested and charged Brallan Misael Medina Lopez (DOB 08/08/2005) and Enrique Morales Ordonez (07/22/1982) with Burglary to an Unoccupied Conveyance.
