July 28, 2020) – A man responsible for the killing of a young woman was sentenced today to life in prison.
Kyle Patrick Orr (W/M, DOB: 9-18-87) pled no contest to the court on March 10th of this year regarding his charge of second degree murder. Orr was arrested by Cape Coral Police for the murder of Jessica Landor (age 30) on June 16th, 2019. Today the Honorable Judge Frank Porter sentenced Orr to life in prison, which prosecutors with the 20th Judicial Circuit had worked toward and argued for.
