The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a 10-year-old boy in Tampa.
On Monday, October 12, 2020, at 4:35 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 4000 block of Dreisler Street in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, deputies discovered a 10-year-old victim who was pronounced dead at the scene.
PIO Natalia Verdina is at the scene and will update the media at 8:00 p.m. Media is asked to park around Dreisler Street and Picadilly Street. The briefing will take place on Lenore Drive and Dreisler Street.
