Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz was scheduled to appear on two CNN programs, Erin Burnett and then Anderson Cooper, to discuss recent mass shooting news events over this past weekend. CNN then canceled his appearance and started running a narrative that upwards of 50 GOP stalwarts had refused to appear on the network. When Gaetz went public with the fact that he was willing to appear and the appearances were canceled by CNN, the network went on the offensive saying that it was Gaetz who canceled. The only problem with this narrative, Gaetz has proof and he made it public.
