Sebastian Jordan is a 16-year-old with green eyes and curly brown hair. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 115 pounds.
He was last seen in the 6000 block of Golden Gate Parkway today at about 3:30 p.m. He was last seen wearing black camouflage shorts, a black T-shirt and no shoes.
Family is concerned for his safety.
