Detention Center – Attorney/Legal Visits
Effective 02-15-2021, telephonic legal visits will no longer be accepted at the Hernando County Detention Center.
Any telephonic legal visit that was scheduled prior to 02-03-2021 will be honored.
Legal visits may be conducted as follows:
– Legal Video Visitation
o Visitation Center at the Hernando County Detention Center
– In Person Legal Visit
o Please FAX visitation requests to 352-544-2349
o Upon arrival – See clerk in lobby.
Face masks and temperature checks will be required prior to entering the facility.
