LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATIONS
• Deputies responded to:
o Agency Assist – District 2/Zone 7 – An individual was taken by the Pasco Sheriff’s Office to Bayfront Medical Center Spring Hill for a Baker Act. After arrival, the individual fled the area on foot. The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the search and was able to locate the individual hiding near the entrance to the Wellington subdivision. The individual was eventually transported to Springbrook Hospital – 2020-18097.
o Residential Burglary – District 1/Zone 6 – An individual reported seeing a screen to a neighbor’s window on the ground. A deputy responded and found the inside of the residence was ransacked. Several items from inside the home were found next to a nearby shed – Investigation active – 2020-18116.
o Residential Burglary – District 1/Zone 6 – An individual watching over a home for a friend noticed the front door was open. The inside of the home was ransacked. The caretaker reported nothing appeared to be missing – Investigation active – 2020-18144.
