**Missing Adult – Please Share
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking the whereabouts of Charles Edward Sapp. Mr. Sapp has been reported as missing and endangered and was last seen at around 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 9, 2020. He left from his residence in the 6900 block of Old Middleburg Road South in a 2004 silver Toyota Corolla (no tag displayed). As pictured, the vehicle has pink lettering on the back window that spells “Fat Daddy”. The victim has been medically diagnosed with dementia and we are attempting to locate him to ascertain his safety.

Age: 76 years old
Race/Sex: White/Male
Height/Weight: 6’0”/180 lbs.
Eyes/Hair: Blue/Bald
Clothing: Dark colored shirt, blue jeans and black shoes
