Lee County Sheriff’s Office West District deputies responded to a burglary of an unlocked vehicle.
The victim went outside and discovered that an unknown suspect had made entry to his unlocked vehicle. It was determined that the suspect removed the victim’s wallet containing credit cards and an identification card. The victim was notified by his bank that someone made purchases with his stolen credit card at two different locations within Lee County.
West District Criminal Investigation Detectives assumed the case and responded to the store, where the credit cards were used. Detectives reviewed surveillance video and recognized the suspect as Selvian Hoxhallari, a white male, born August 6, 1994. After gathering pertinent facts associated with the case, Detectives located Hoxhallari and arrested him.
Detectives charged Hoxhallari with the following:
F.S.S. 810.02 Burglary of a conveyance
F.S.S. 812.14 Petit theft $100 less than $750
F.S.S. 817.481 Fraudulent use of credit cards
F.S.S. 817.568 Fraud-Use identification of another person without consent
