The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance locating a 78-year-old man.
On November 29, 2020, at 10:30 a.m., it was discovered that Nelson Smith left his residence, on Shady Shores Drive, traveling in an unknown direction. Mr. Smith is in a 2014 Ford F-150, GA Tag: PEX3727. Detectives believe he may be traveling to Georgia.
Mr. Smith is considered endangered due to a Dementia diagnosis. He does not have a cell phone with him.
Anyone who has information on Mr. Smith’s whereabouts is asked to call HCSO at (813) 247-8200.
