UPDATE: An arrest was made in the shooting at Windsor Cove today. Reginald Prince, 22, is accused of Attempted Second Degree Murder with a Firearm. 4 people suffered non-life-threatening injuries, including Prince and a 5-year-old girl. She is recovering in the care of family now.
