Friends and loved ones of a Dania Beach murder victim are hoping that an increased Broward Crime Stoppers reward will generate new information that leads Broward Sheriff’s Office homicide detectives to Aranee Mulakhut’s killer. The additional $3,000 that is being added to the initial $3,000 reward is being offered by friends of the victim.
Shortly before 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 26, deputies responded to the apartment complex located at 321 E. Sheridan St. in reference to someone hearing gunshots. Arriving deputies discovered an adult female lying on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was identified as 47-year-old Aranee Mulakhut.
Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue responded and transported Mulakhut to Memorial Regional Hospital, where she later died.
Detectives are searching for a white four-door sedan that was involved in the deadly shooting.
