The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has notified the Collier County Sheriff’s Office that registered sexual predator Todd Fetcher II currently resides at 4960 Biscayne Drive in Naples.
Fetcher is designated as a sexual predator pursuant to Section F.S.S. 775.21. His qualifying offenses are lewd or lascivious molestation with victim under 12 and offender over 18, F.S.S. 800.04(5)(b), and traveling to meet a minor to commit unlawful sexual offense, F.S.S. 847.0134(4).
Positive identification cannot be established unless a fingerprint comparison is made.
