The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Richard Goins. Richard, DOB: 5/25/1942, was last seen at 3:30 pm, today, leaving his residence in the 100 block of Lake Frances Drive, WPB, driving a 2007 green Saturn VUE (SUV) FL tag# IK40DS and has not been seen or heard from since.
Richard, is 6’01” and approximately 190 lbs. He has gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans plaid shirt and black shoes.
Richard is suffering from the onset of Dementia and is considered to be a missing and possibly endangered adult.
