On 6/14/2020, the unidentified male (pictured) approached the complainant offering his shopping cart at the Walmart on Lee Boulevard. The complainant stated that the male subject asked if they spoke English at which the complainant responded no. The male subject then said in Spanish “Do all of your shopping now because on July 4th there will be an explosion here bigger than the fireworks.”
