Monday August 17 UPDATE: The female in this video has been located. She is safe and did not want further law enforcement intervention.
UPDATE: The woman in the video and images circulated on Friday was seen in a video shortly after her interaction with Alexander Lopez (suspect seen here) and is believed to be safe.
The suspect has been identified as Alexander Roman Lopez (44). At this time, he has been charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Detectives are still hoping to talk to the woman and make sure she is okay. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the non-emergency number at: (407) 836-4357
