Volusia County Sheriffs Office – SEEKS MISSING, WANTED JUVENILE


Volusia sheriff’s detectives need the public’s help to locate a missing runaway juvenile named Isiah Collin Hall from Oak Hill.

Hall, 17 (DOB 11/26/2002) was reported missing on May 26, although he left home voluntarily on May 17. He has contacted his mother, but he refuses to say where he is currently.

Hall has several active warrants for various counts of probation violation. He was believed to be in Hillsborough County in west Central Florida but his current location is unknown. Hall is not considered endangered or suicidal, but he may be armed and has a history of gang-related activity.

Hall is an African American male, 5’10-6’0 tall, weighing 150-160 pounds. He may be traveling in either a blue 2011 Nissan Altima with Florida tag 1396XH or a black 2004 Mercedes C-class with Florida tag Z871NW.

Hall may be with a female subject named Titilola Tom-Wright.
