Heads up: We’ve been seeing some thefts of trailers in the Southeast Volusia/New Smyrna Beach area recently.
Sometime between July 9-10, a 16-foot white, enclosed, 2019 Champion trailer like the one shown was stolen off State Road 44 in New Smyrna Beach. The trailer contained a large amount of equipment. The next day, another trailer (also pictured here) was reported stolen in New Smyrna Beach. The NSB Police Department is investigating that case.
These cases follow the thefts of about a half dozen trailers and three skid steer vehicles, all stolen in the Southeast Volusia area about a month ago.
